As Leasing Manager for Skyline Retail REIT, Holly manages the leasing strategy and execution across the REIT’s national portfolio, focusing on optimizing revenue, occupancy, and tenant mix. She is committed to enhancing the REIT’s long-term asset value to optimize investor returns.
Joining Skyline in 2021, Holly managed leasing for Skyline Apartment REIT’s commercial portfolio before transitioning to overseeing property management operations for Skyline Retail REIT’s Northern Ontario portfolio. In her current role, she drives the Retail REIT’s leasing efforts, applying a strategic and collaborative approach to negotiations, market analysis, and tenant relations.
Holly holds a diploma in Business Marketing from Algonquin College and a Property Administrator Certificate (PAC) from the Building Owners and Managers Institute (BOMI). She has further honed her expertise through various accounting, building systems and design, and leasing courses. She is an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centres (ICSC).
