Mark is responsible for all retail leasing activity across Skyline Retail REIT’s portfolio of properties, with a mandate to maximize overall occupancy and revenue. He aims to add value to Skyline’s retail holdings by securing the highest and best-use tenant mix, which in turn drives rental growth and enhances the value of the portfolio.
With over 25 years of experience in the retail real estate industry, Mark has an extensive background in all aspects of retail leasing, including enclosed malls, outdoor shopping centres, power centres, and greenfield development.
Prior to joining Skyline in 2024, he held the role of Senior Director, Retail Leasing for a major Canadian REIT, where he oversaw more than 3.1 million square feet of retail space across Ontario, Alberta, and Manitoba. Mark’s experience and commitment to excellence make him an invaluable asset to Skyline Retail REIT’s management team.
Mark holds a Bachelor of Applied Arts from Toronto Metropolitan University. He is a current member of the International Council of Shopping Centres (ICSC) and is a licensed Sales Representative under the Real Estate Council of Ontario (RECO).
