Sean is responsible for overseeing all aspects of operations for Skyline Commercial Management Inc.’s retail properties, spanning multiple provinces from British Columbia to Quebec. Reporting to the Vice President, he leads a team of Regional Directors and Portfolio Managers and ensures that the team is supported in achieving its goals and fulfilling responsibilities in accounts receivable, accounts payable, budgeting, major and capital projects, contracts, tenant relations, and all other aspects of operations and property management.
Sean has been working in the real estate industry since 1995 and has been responsible for the operations of many retail assets including plazas, power centres, enclosed centres, and regional shopping centres. He has worked with some of Canada’s most prominent retail landlords including O&Y Enterprise, First Capital, and RioCan, the latter at which he held the position of Regional Manager, responsible for assets totaling more than 5 million square feet of retail space and more than $100 million in annual rent. Sean joined Skyline as Associate Regional Director in October 2019.
With more than 25 years of experience in the industry, Sean brings a calm and capable approach to help diffuse difficult situations. He believes in leading by example for his team, celebrating their successes, and helping them navigate challenges.
Sean holds a diploma in Business Administration from Westervelt College and is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centres (ICSC).
