Skyline Retail REIT acquires property in Duncan, BC

[Guelph, Ontario – August 3, 2022]

On August 3, 2022, Skyline Retail REIT purchased a grocery-anchored retail property at 2479-2763 Beverly Street, Duncan, BC, totaling 98,476 square feet on 7.58 acres. The property is 99.6% occupied. It comprises 29 tenants and is anchored by Thrifty Foods (Sobeys) and Starbucks.
