On December 15, 2022, Skyline Retail REIT purchased a retail plaza property at 5035-5055 Innovation Drive in Ottawa, Ontario. The property totals 15,375 square feet and is 100% occupied. It comprises 8 tenants, including Starbucks and St. Louis Bar & Grill.
